This is my third Lily Parker novel, and without question, my favorite. It’s heartfelt, beautifully written, and gives both Jules and Silas deeply satisfying arcs of growth. Readers of book two will recognize Silas’s quiet strength, and the way he and Jules navigate grief together is incredibly moving. Grant may be gone, but through his poignant letters, he remains a vital presence—his words still echo with emotional weight long after finishing.
While each book can stand alone, the series is best experienced in full for maximum impact. I’m so grateful to Lily and @choclituk for bringing these stories into my reading life, and I can’t wait to see what comes next from Lily’s mind.
