Oh. My. God. I inhaled this book. It’s fast-paced, emotionally intense, and full of squad banter, inter-team rivalries, and heart-racing action. The world-building is seamlessly woven into the plot, and the characters, especially Wren, are deeply layered and incredibly compelling. The enemies to lovers is a complex slow burn with WAY more layers that I initially thought and it was extremely satisfying. It gave me Fourth Wing vibes with a fresh dystopian twist. I already want to reread it, and I NEED the sequel now.
🎧 Audiobook Thoughts 🎧Amanda Dolan is perfection in this narration. She brings Wren’s sarcasm, the squad’s rivalries, and every high-stakes moment to life. At 19h 11m, it’s a long listen, but every minute is electric.
