I adore this series! Sarah Estep has created such a charming small-town world, and one of my favorite things about it is how grounded it is in healthy male friendships – something we don’t see enough in romance. I had been waiting for Peter and Sybil’s story, and it was even more emotional than I expected. Their second-chance romance is packed with longing, heartbreak, and the kind of tension that keeps you turning pages late into the night.
I didn’t share my favorite quote because the second I read it, I immediately DM’d the author with an OMG!! – and she told me she had been keeping that secret for years. It was so worth the wait.
Although this series is over, our time in Crane Cove is not and I cannot wait to return to to this small town again and again.
