I don’t see this book on here as much as it deserves to be…has anyone else read and loved this one?

Rach has a secret past, is crashing on her ex-boyfriend’s couch, and is on the lowest rung of the career ladder as a personal assistant to personal assistants. Being on the lowest rung is how she gets the personal assistant job no one else wants – aspiring politician and deeply unlikable James St. Clair. But, when her first in-person meeting with him results in a viral live TV fiasco later coined ‘boobgate,” St. Clair’s PR team thinks they can use the incident to their advantage. Can fake dating your boss during election season ever end well? Is James St. Clair really so unlikable? Can Rach find her true calling in life?

This is one of those rare books that is funny, spicy, sweet, and has more depth than you’d expect. It is, at numerous points, laugh-out-loud funny, but as the main characters come to know each other, they also open up about their lives, fear, and regrets. If you are looking for a fun book to break you out of a reading slump and are in the market for a new book boyfriend, I think you’ll love it.
