This is a fantastic reverse grumpy-sunshine story about two people who bring out sides of each other they are hesitant to share – from vulnerabilities to an adorably nerdy Shakespeare obsession. As Ren and Frankie get to know each other outside the office, the balance between tenderness and sarcasm is infectious. There is fantastic autism and chronic illness representation. You also pulled deeper into the Bergman family, revisit Willa & Ryder and take a trip to the A-frame. It is tough to pick a favorite in this series…but this is nearly perfect.
