Florence is a ghostwriter who can see ghosts. When she meets Ben, her new handsome new editor, they definitely don’t see eye-to-eye, but before she can worry too much about it, a family tragedy draws her back to her hometown and the funeral home her family owns. When she arrives, she is shocked to see the ghost of her editor. It turns out he just needed to be dead for her to get to know him.
As much as this is a romance novel, it is also about learning to love yourself…and it is QUIRKY! I loved how @heyashpostoncreates this world. Florence’s hometown and family are central to the story. Everyone is charmingly odd, and there are numerous laugh-out-loud moments as Florence comes to terms with her father’s death, makes peace with her past, and navigates, falling in love with a ghost.
